Aruna S Prabhakar

 

Aruna is addicted to two things in this big universe - YOGA (of course !!) and SMILE. She faithfully believes that this life is given to us to do what love and live a meaningful way of life.

 

Aruna is on a mission to spread the joy of Yoga to many people in Bristol. By practising Yoga, one can unmask the layers of ourselves and explore the journey of life within.

 

Aruna will walk with you through this journey of Yoga. Apart from learning and practising Yoga during the sessions, Aruna will untiringly take efforts in all her sessions to sculpt the most beautiful curve of your face - “SMILE”.  Be cautious, her smile is Contagious😊

 

Aruna was born and brought up in India, moved to Bristol, the U.K. for her post-graduation. She is happily married and is a fun loving bossy mom. Yoga is deeply rooted in her thoughts and culture. She is an internationally certified Yoga Teacher and a Kids Yoga Instructor who teaches group and private classes in various parts of North Bristol.
